We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah Simon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I wanted to grow something more than just myself.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I scaled my business learning how to organically market while in the hospital while my mom was on a ventilator in the ICU during COVID. It was the most difficult thing I have ever done. I overcame challenges because I HAD NOTHING to loose. Hard work and your why is always the most important thing to have during highs and lows.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
It would depend on the time… If it was the winter, we would take them up snowcatting on Vail Pass, go to brunch at westside and dinner at a steak house. If it’s summer we would head to the lake, take them wake surfing at horsetooth, and eat at la Loma for dinner. We have a big networking group and a big party group.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My Mom, She taught perseverance, love and grit.
