Hi Stephanie, what do you attribute your success to?
The success of the International Design Collection lies in the people who run their business here everyday. The IDC Building is client-focused which means every sales associate prioritizes the needs, expectations, and satisfaction of the client in every aspect of our operations. The goal is to build strong, long-term relationships by delivering value, excellent service, and tailored solutions. None of our clients’ projects are alike so we must remain flexible and as as creative as our clientele.

What should our readers know about your business?
The IDC Building, or International Design Collection, is kind of like a creative playground for interior designers, architects, custom home builders and anyone working on a home remodel project. We are a collection of over 14 business in a sleek, stylish building where you’ll find showrooms full of high-end finishes and inspiration. Think beautiful lighting, designer kitchens, luxury carpet & rug, steam rooms & saunas—you name it. Walking through IDC Building feels like strolling through the pages of a fancy design magazine.

It’s not your typical design center—it’s more like an inspiration hub for architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners looking to level up their space. The vibe is relaxed and the staff are the ultimate specialists in their field. What also sets us apart from other design showrooms is that we are open to the public and encourage our visitors to meander through the building in our welcoming, friendly, open concept.

There’s nothing like the IDC Building anywhere in Colorado. We also support our industry community with educational and networking events throughout the year. We are sponsors of a number of non-profit, trade organizations that seek to offer advocacy, camaraderie and business assistance to their members.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Hiking in the foot hills!!!
