Hi Summer, what principle do you value most?
The most important principle to me is honesty. Hearing about or sharing a hard truth will always be better than being part of a lie. You get one chance at a reputation and relationship and the quickest way to ruin it would be through dishonesty.

What should our readers know about your business?
Summer Productions is a full service creative production agency. We work with ad agencies to help their campaigns come to life and we help brands visually find their voice to reach their sales and marketing goals through photo and video services. The journey has been far from easy however , relationships and building good relationships and communication has led the way and opened a lot of doors

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take my friend to the mountains for some hiking. Then we’d spend some time in Boulder shopping / walking on Pearl street. Then I’d spend some time at home with them a night or two because I love my yard and garden !

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have been incredibly lucky to have a lot of people behind my success. I have had producers from larger companies believe in me and give me a chance. I also owe so much credit to my husband. For years he has listened to challenges and encouraged me and given me advice on how to handle it. He has sacrificed his own time to support me at home and away from his own career to support me.
