We had the good fortune of connecting with Tammi Hoerner and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tammi, what do you attribute your success to?
My core values are honesty, integrity, transparency, and communication. I believe whole heartedly in these principles and act with them in mind at all times.
In Real Estate, there’s a lot of manipulation and sometimes the cards presented are unfair or they are very difficult to navigate – emotionally and financially.
Guiding my clients from this angle of values gives them transparency and trust in the process. This is the largest asset most people have, the greatest investment, and often the most difficult transaction they’ll make in their lifetime. I believe they deserve to be treated with respect, offered transparency, empowered with education and that if we focus on a win for everyone, more often than not, every one walks away satisfied.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets me apart?
In a competitive industry where we are given almost all the same tools, what sets me apart is rooted in the person I am.

I am wired a little differently, in that I am not motivated as much by money as I am by serving and making a difference for people.
This shows in how I work with my clients and the choices I make in the model of my business.
Rather than chasing as many sales as I can handle, I’d rather manage my flow of clients and get to be present in each journey with intention and focus on educating and support. It takes more time, more energy, more focus, and it is worth it every single time.

I’ve been really lucky to work with many different people both buying and selling in various price points and dynamics from land and multi family to luxury homes on acreage. I focus my energy in Parker and surrounding areas, but have worked in Larkspur and Loveland and every where in between. I’m a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and certified Sellers Representative Specialist and have enjoyed the process of home prep and love to market my client’s beautiful homes.

Before I came to real estate, I worked for 9 years with an international school based in NYC as a mentor to students launching their businesses where I learned how to manage projects, market, use social media, and communicate more effectively. These are skills I bring to this real estate table that allow me to reach a wider audience for my listings and remain calm and collected while I work with the other side of the equation while keeping my clients informed and empowered.

I love what I do, I am intentional in my work, and am always so glad to be helpful.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love where we live, as a Colorado native, there are so many beautiful places to visit, but Parker is an outstanding place to be planted.
I take my visitors to Main Street where we’ll stop in for a coffee at Fika, followed by a stroll through The Local. In the summer, there’s the Farmer’s Market, and in Winter they have such cute lights and things to do at O’Brien Park.
We prefer Mexican food and Parker has many amazing Mexican restaurants including Los Volcanes and Casa Mariachi. When we get an inkling to do something different, we’ll go visit the Parker Arts, Culture, and Events center for a concert or magic show or for a long walk along any of the available paths in the area.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Colorado Women’s Club networking group has been a great source for inspiration, education and encouragement as I have learned and grown in this industry these last almost 5 years. There are many women in that group who I do business with often, from Stephanie Breckbill (SLB Design Co) and Julie Erck (Empowered Home Inspections), to our mobile notary, Malina Peterson (MP Notary Services). I am ever grateful for their friendship and love these past years.
