Hi Tara, how does your business help the community?
Old Firehouse Books helps the community by providing a third space for engagement and entertainment. We host author events and sell a variety of reading material to appeal to all members of our community.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I joined Old Firehouse in the summer of 2019. I was a middle school math teacher for 6 years before making a career change. I attended a summer course at the Denver Publishing Institute in 2019 and realized that I wanted to work in the book selling world.
