We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Wall DC and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I wanted to flexibility and freedom of setting my hours/changing my hours. Being an involved mom has always been important to me so I wanted that freedom.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
New Beginnings Chiropractic is a place to gain hope! Hope for healing. Our goal is to remind you that you are designed to be self-healing and self-regulating. My job is to remove any interference in that process, to improve your brain’s ability to control your body and all of its processes. I am a self-proclaimed nerd about the nervous system and I get really excited when people talk about the changes in their bodies that have nothing to do with pain in their joints. I got to where I am today because I have held on and pushed through when things were hard. I have had a great team and amazing support! I have worked hard to develop a brand that serves my specialty. It has not been easy but it was really authentic and organically grown. I started my practice very early in my first pregnancy. Not ideal at all, especially because I was very sick for more than the first trimester. But I met a lot of people in the pregnancy and birth world because of my pregnancy, not just because I was running my business. I specialize in pregnancy and children so it was a natural progression of who I serve the most. When COVID rocked our world, I was forced to close. Instead of sitting at home helpless I tried to do everything I could to help my patients whether they were pregnant or transitioning to working from home. I made sure to keep my social media filled with helpful tips and tricks which also kept my brand top of mind so when we re-opened people were ready to come back or had heard of me during the slow period and wanted to come to NBC.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take my friends to the new sushi place in Windsor! I would want to do some nature hikes or walks depending on their skill level. There are great flat nature areas in the Fort Collins area. Devil’s Backbone is a easier hike and close by. Horsetooth Reservoir and Rock/Falls are great areas to check out.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are several people who deserve recognition in my story! First, my husband, who has encouraged me, cheered for me, challenged me and stood with me through the storms of business ownership. Also, my dad who has been a major cheerleader and supporter when life got really hard and I wasn’t sure if I could keep everything going. I could not be where I am today without these men in my life.
