Meet Tracy Marroquin | Leanna Organics founder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tracy Marroquin and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tracy, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
Leanna Organics was born out of a passion for natural healing and beauty. Tracy, one of our founders, grew up in a Salvadorian-American family, where her mom shared traditional knowledge about natural remedies and self-care. This early exposure to holistic approaches shaped Tracy’s belief in gentle, plant-based solutions. After experiencing negative effects from chemical beauty products, she began crafting her own natural mixes over a decade ago—building the foundation for Leanna Organics’ commitment to organic, high-quality skincare.
Scott, Tracy’s husband and co-owner, complements her creativity with his expertise in technology and sales. He built and manages our website and oversees the digital side of the business, which allows Tracy to focus on creating products infused with care and intention.
We are proud to be a family-run business, with our children, Tavia and Mechlo, actively involved in supporting the growth and success of Leanna Organics. Together, we share a vision of providing sustainable, natural wellness and beauty products that reflect our values and love for what we do.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Clean beauty and wellness are the foundation of everything we do. We use organic ingredients and ensure the highest safety standards through third-party testing for THC, pesticides, heavy metals, and solvents.
What makes us unique is our focus on creating an indulgent sensory experience. Many of our products are available in luxurious scents like lavender, rose, and eucalyptus, blending effectiveness with relaxation.
Tracy’s journey began with crafting natural remedies after challenges with chemical products. Partnering with Scott’s technical expertise, we’ve built a family business rooted in authenticity and care.
Though the journey has had its challenges, resilience and dedication to our vision have been key. Our family is proud to offer wellness products that embody purity, safety, and intention, making a meaningful difference.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If a best friend were visiting, I’d take them on a weeklong adventure through the beauty and charm of Colorado, starting right here in Westminster.
**Day 1:** Settle in with a visit to **Standley Lake**, where we could paddleboard or hike while soaking in serene views of the Rockies. Dinner at **Early Bird Restaurant** for fresh, locally inspired dishes.
**Day 2:** Head to **Boulder**, explore the Flatirons with a hike, and have lunch on Pearl Street at **The Kitchen**. Stroll the shops and enjoy street performers before dinner at **Frasca Food and Wine**, a culinary gem.
**Day 3:** Spend the day in **Rocky Mountain National Park**, hiking Bear Lake or Dream Lake. Pack a picnic lunch to enjoy amidst breathtaking alpine scenery. Head back to Estes Park for dinner at **Bird & Jim**, a farm-to-table delight.
**Day 4:** Explore Denver’s vibrant arts and culture scene. Stop by the **Denver Art Museum**, followed by lunch at **Root Down** in the Highlands. Wander RiNo’s street art murals and end the evening with craft beer at **Odell Brewing’s Denver Taproom**.
**Day 5:** A scenic drive through **Golden Gate Canyon State Park**, enjoying a peaceful day of hiking and wildlife spotting. Grab dinner at **Sherpa House** in Golden, known for its authentic Himalayan cuisine.
**Day 6:** Visit **Red Rocks Amphitheatre**, exploring its trails and Visitor Center. If lucky, catch a live concert in the evening. Lunch at **Mac Nation Café**, famous for its mac & cheese, then back to Westminster for some downtime.
**Day 7:** Wrap up with a leisurely day at **Big Dry Creek Trail** for a relaxing walk and end with brunch at **The Bagel Deli** before saying goodbye.
Colorado’s blend of nature, adventure, and local flavor creates unforgettable memories!
