We had the good fortune of connecting with Trinnie Lefevre and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Trinnie, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve been working in the esthetics industry for quite some time, wearing many different hats—from education and hands-on treatments to marketing and consulting. Throughout my journey, I kept seeing a recurring gap: a lack of consistency, structure, and often, ethics. That’s what ultimately inspired me to start my own business.

My main goal is to empower estheticians and elevate beauty brands by helping them build stronger foundations. I do this by implementing clear SOPs, refining treatment protocols, improving training systems, and offering the kind of support I wish I had when I started out. It’s all about raising the standard in our industry and making sure professionals feel confident, supported, and equipped to thrive.

What should our readers know about your business?
TL Aesthetic Solutions is the result of years of experience in the esthetics industry, where I’ve worked in nearly every role—from hands-on treatment provider and educator to marketing strategist and consultant. What sets my business apart is its focus on elevating the entire ecosystem of the beauty industry. I specialize in helping estheticians, spas, and skincare brands strengthen their internal systems by developing SOPs, refining treatment protocols, improving training programs, and offering ongoing support.

I’m most proud of the impact I’ve been able to make—not just on the businesses I work with, but on the individual professionals behind them. Helping estheticians feel confident, prepared, and empowered is what truly lights me up. Seeing someone go from overwhelmed to aligned in their business is incredibly rewarding.

Getting here wasn’t easy. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve faced self-doubt, burnout, and unexpected pivots. One of the biggest challenges was believing I could carve out a path that didn’t quite exist yet—blending esthetic education, business strategy, and ethics in a way that truly serves the community. I overcame those challenges by leaning into mentorship, staying grounded in my purpose, and learning to treat my business like a client—giving it the same care, structure, and vision I give to others.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that clarity and systems create freedom. So often in our industry, we’re trained in technique but not in sustainable business practices. That’s where I come in—to bridge that gap and help estheticians thrive, not just survive.

What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that this work comes from the heart. I’m here to support and uplift estheticians and brands with transparency, intention, and integrity. TL Aesthetic Solutions isn’t just a business—it’s a mission to raise the standard of care, education, and professionalism in our industry.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit, we would absolutely pack the week with fun, local favorites, and unforgettable experiences!

We’d kick things off with a little self-care—of course, I’d treat them to a rejuvenating facial with me at Libra Moon Esthetics. After that, we’d grab a delicious biscuit breakfast sandwich from Rise & Shine on Garrison—one of my favorite local spots.

At some point during the week, we’d hop on the light rail and head downtown to catch a Rockies game, soaking in the energy of Coors Field and grabbing snacks and craft cocktails at Ghost Donkey, a fun little hidden gem.

For dinner, Cafe Jordano in Lakewood is a must—classic, comforting Italian that never disappoints. We’d also catch a show at the Arvada Center for the Arts to mix in a bit of culture and creativity.

We’d definitely spend time exploring Olde Town Arvada—I love its charm, boutiques, and laid-back vibe. We’d grab a bite at Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant (hello, margaritas and green chili!). To top it all off, we’d enjoy a scenic bike ride to Colorado Tap House, a great place to unwind and enjoy some local brews.

Colorado has so much to offer, but for me it’s the blend of community, creativity, and local flavor that really makes it special. My ideal itinerary is a mix of treating yourself, supporting local businesses, and making memories with people you love.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’ve been incredibly lucky to be supported by the esthetics community. There are so many amazing educators, mentors, and peers who have poured into me, and I’ve learned something valuable from each of them. I also want to give a special, loving shoutout to Julie Williams—for reminding me that I am worthy of success. Her encouragement has meant the world to me.
