We had the good fortune of connecting with Winter Clark and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Winter, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Work life balance has shifted greatly over the years as my business has gone through different iterations and growth spurts. Over time I’ve found ways to work with the ebb and flow that naturally occurs with a service-based business as well as created ways for secondary streams of evergreen income that align with my mission statement. One of the most important things you can do is understand the tempo of your business so that you can create proper balance and avoid small business burnout.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business supports entrepreneurs and small business owners with visibility and amplification of their brand through embodiment. What sets me apart from other coaches is the wide range of experience I have along with training in multiple modalities, all combined to create a customized quantum experience for the client both personally and for their business.

It wasn’t easy but I believe it was all aligned in order to help me become one of the most useful service providers out there in the entrepreneurial wellness field. What’s most important for the world to know about me and my brand is that I walk my talk.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to Cheeseman Park for a breakfast picnic…and tell them about the haunted history (it used to be a graveyard!). Then we would take a stroll through Capital Hill admiring the old mansions to Watercourse Foods (I’m not vegan but even their platters make me swoon). After that maybe a walk along the Platte River trail and wind down with some delicious non-alcoholic cocktails at Awake.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
RMMFI (Rocky Mountain Microfinance Institute) has been one of the major keys to my success with their wonderful programs, mentorships and support systems. They have incredible staff members who care about entrepreneurs and small business owners, helping them stay on track with growth.

I also want to shoutout all of the wonderful small businesses and Colorado organizations I’ve collaborated with and worked with along the way!
