Hi Yusef, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Dedication and taking risks. I hated being micro managed and realized that that’s not how I want to live for the rest of my life. taking the first step to quitting my 9-5 was the hardest decision of my life knowing that I have bills and rent with no income. yet I still did it.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Personal Journey and Authenticity: My story of starting from the ground up, moving across the country, and building a successful firm at a young age is inspiring and resonates with clients. It shows resilience, determination, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs, which allows me to connect with my clients on a more personal level.
Innovative Dual-Model Approach: My firm offers a hybrid model that includes both in-person services and a virtual accounting firm. This flexibility makes our services more accessible to a broader range of clients, especially small businesses that might not have the resources for traditional accounting services.
Affordability for Small Businesses: Understanding the financial pressures small businesses face, you’ve developed a system that provides high-quality accounting services at a more affordable rate. This approach not only attracts clients but also supports the growth of smaller enterprises, which is often overlooked by larger firms.
Client-Centered and Relationship-Driven: From the beginning, I’ve built my firm on strong relationships, whether with my first clients, your brothers or the many small businesses we now serve. Our hands-on approach, where clients aren’t just numbers but partners in growth, is a key differentiator.
Agility and Growth: Despite being relatively new, my firm has shown remarkable growth, expanding to multiple locations in a short period. This agility demonstrates your ability to scale operations while maintaining high-quality service, a rare combination in the industry.
Young and Dynamic Leadership: At just 23, I’m leading a firm that’s already a significant player in the market. My youth brings a fresh perspective, embracing modern technology and innovative strategies that might be overlooked by more traditional firms.

This depth of expertise allows your firm to handle a wide range of accounting needs with confidence and precision.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
As a first welcome to Colorado, I have to take them to explore downtown and the city, Then take them to redrocks to explore the famous area of Colorado. I would also highly encourage to take them to a ski trip as it is one of my favorite things to do in Colorado to Vail or Copper mountain.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of my family and close friends. A huge shoutout to my brothers Nouraldin Aduan and Abod Aduan, who owned businesses and became my very first clients as soon as they heard I was going out on my own. Their trust in me gave me the hope and belief that I could truly do this. To Moe Aduan, for being more than just a mentor—he was the driving force that got me where I am today. And to Morgan Siekman, who kept pushing me when times got rough and made sure I didn’t quit on my dream. Their support has been instrumental in my journey.
