Hi Zelene, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
My parents, seeing the obstacles in life in living a retirement without money worries, and living healthy. This is the concern of many seniors, having to navigate the available programs and not knowing where to start.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My journey began in May 2021, as a self-employed Bi-lingual Medicare Insurance Broker, I left my full-time job as an Eligibility Technician with Boulder County Human Services my 13+ years of experience determining eligibility for SNAP, Medicaid, Adult Financial worked hand in hand with Medicare recipients. I am also a Tax Specialist for 18 years I have been preparing tax declarations for clients. My prior experience is what sets me apart from other brokers, I am proud and excited to be able to help out beyond being a broker, when working with clients, if I see they an benefit from any other programs, I help them out with the process, I treat them as if they were my parents. As a broker is was not easy as you have to find your own clients, It takes a lot of work and there is a lot of competition, all the efforts are worth it as God send you the clients you need. I want the world to know that I do my work from heart and that if you are my client you will be well taken care of with all the experience and knowledge I bring with me.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The first place to take them would be the mountains, to see all the beautiful scenery that Colorado has, show them how we can have the four seasons in one day, take them to different small towns trying out there different foods. Would go to the hot springs in Steamboat Springs Colorado, Casinos up in Cripple Creek or Blackhawk, explorer the waterfalls in Colorado, down town Denver and try out the many restaurants there.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My long time friend Evon Benitez, who introduced me to the insurance business opportunity. Who has been there to support me when most discouraged, I am thankful that together we can figure different ways to keep succeeding and remove obstacles that come along the road. My husband Othoniel Padilla, who has been by my side since day one, always encouraging me and supporting me on all possible ways he can, always there to listen when most needed.
