As a Registered Dietitian, many people think I tell people what they “should” be eating. I actually do quite the opposite! I guide people to nourish themselves by listening to their bodies. So often we get external information from diets, social media, or other non credible sources. In order to best take care of ourselves, we need to look inward and listen to our body’s internal wisdom. I work with many individuals that struggle with eating disorders.
