We had the good fortune of connecting with Cody Snow and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cody, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I have pursued a life of making art and indulging in my creative impulses. For me, it only makes sense to own my own business where I can follow the creative creative impulsives and do the wildly eccentric things that I want to do while also making a living and supporting myself and my friends and family.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My creative life involves making music, art pieces, clothing and also unique sound experiences that I fully believe can repattern a person’s brain and help assist them in expanding, Consciously beyond any blockages or traumas that may have stopped them from achieving goals and living live to the fullest. Whether I am expressing a deep emotion through a complex lyric or Creating a color pattern on canvas that emits and vibrates the energy of love or fear, I I do it As authentically as I possibly can. This is the profound art of creation. When I work with Intuitive consultanting clients we dive into the creative potentials that may be lying dormant in the person and we also see how they might be using some of their creative potential against themselves or to create situations that are potentially not what they want. All of this work comes back to frequency. With light sound and color we can actively repair our brains and effectively change our lives and through the message of the song or the Subconscious interpretation of An abstract painting or art piece – we can tranform.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well first we would do book an appointment with Kayla Casey at DVine Beauty Bar to get a new set of beautiful nails and a fresh hairstyle. After that we would head down to Main Street Bagel for a cinnimon roll and cup of coffee while we plan our trip up to Ridgeway to visit Orvis Hotsprings and then head up to stay at the Box canyon lodge in Ouray. The hiking trails would be where the magic happens! Pictures, picnic and good company
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate this shout out to my Mary Theresa. She taught me right. And a HUGE thank you to the live music crowd in Colorado. The avid festival goers, art collectors, business owners and creatives who show up for eachother – they are the MVPs!
