Meet Corinne Deuel-Gentile | Family Wellness Chiropractor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Corinne Deuel-Gentile and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Corinne, how does your business help the community?
Our health is our greatest resource coming from above, down and inside out. Keeping our nerve systems clear allows our bodies to function optimally as they are designed to from the start. The side effect of regular chiropractic care is more optimal life expression itself. When neurological interference is present in the physical body, the side effects are wide spread; decreased energy, altered or lack of optimal function, changes in digestion, hormonal disruptions, or an altogether suboptimal life expression. This affects not only the individual, but that person’s work environment, their community, and ultimately has the most impact and influence on their own family at home. Foundations Family Chiropractic exists to encourage and facilitate the connection, the healing and the thriving of families in Northern Colorado. When any one individual expresses and experiences better health, so too, do all those around her. At Foundations, we serve pregnant mothers, newborn babies, grandparents and everyone in between.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Foundations Family Chiropractic has organically grown from humble beginnings of a portable chiropractic table in a shared space to a welcoming wellness office, full of heart, love and healing. As is true with natural laws of healing and the principles of chiropractic itself, FFC has flourished from above, down and inside out. The aim and focus of the practice has always been to Connect, Heal and Thrive.
When walking into our office, the feel is completely different than other doctors’ offices. The smell of essential oils fill the air, there are kids playing in the play kitchen, putting puzzles together or reading books, Dr. Corinne is laughing with the kids while they are getting their spines checked and adjusted, Rebecca is connecting with a family to ensure the most efficient scheduling and likely, there are mamas talking about their journeys through pregnancy and childbirth. Our office is a place where life is happening, and lives are connecting. Old friends running into each other and new friendships being formed.
We know that life, healing and thriving all begin with connection; connection to God and connection to one another. The foundation of this connection is the family; the family at home, the family with friends and the family at work places. We are designed to thrive individually and together.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There are so many wonderful hiking trails in Northern Colorado, our city parks are wonderful for families with young children, the White Water Park in downtown Fort Collins is relaxing and yet can be exciting at the same time. There are wonderful brunch restaurants especially the Back Porch Cafe, for wine tasting, Taste and Savor, for sweet treats, Walrus Ice Cream and Mary’s Mountain Cookies and of course, some of the best beers in the country are brewed right here in Fort Collins. There are multiple live music venues with amazing musicians on their calendars on any given day. So many things to do!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to give a shoutout to Dr. Jackie Munson. She is a professional woman of integrity, smarts, strength and faith. She walks her talk and is always bouncing new ideas off other young professionals in our community. She’s a leader in her practice, her parish community, her family and her life. Anyone that meets Dr. Munson immediately feels the welcoming love and spirit she exudes.
