We had the good fortune of connecting with Valeriia Saprina and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Valeriia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
This was my common idea with my husband. We love good desserts and real coffee. We visited 15 countries and 42 US states. And we realized that it is really difficult to find a truly high-quality product. We have an idea to make a really cool product so that our customers can enjoy a high-quality and tasty product. We have foreign experience in creating and running a profitable business, so we wanted to bring something new here.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At our age, we have already achieved significant success in the business world, which we are sincerely proud of. We move forward, gaining new experience, fulfilling our goals and objectives in order to create something special – something that will become a real source of emotions for people. It may not have been easy to achieve all this, but we worked day and night, collaborated with highly qualified specialists, and enjoyed everything we did. We see what emotions our customers experience when they try our desserts.

Starting today, we are proud to present you our new project – a boutique bakery and coffee shop! This is something unique that has never been done before in Colorado Springs. We want to give people joy, aesthetics and an unforgettable taste of our products. Every cup of coffee, every slice of cake will become real magical moments for you. A visit to our coffee shop will become a special ritual for every guest!

We understand that there are always difficulties on the path to success, but we are ready to overcome them because we know that the result is worth it! Our tenacity and passion will help us continue to move forward to ensure that every experience with our products is second to none. Now, during the implementation of our project, we are already selling our amazing desserts through social networks and word of mouth. We also take part in various events, including charity ones.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Colorado Springs is a good place. Mountains, nature, animals – all this is extraordinary! We recently had some friends come over and we had a great time. We went to Pen A, had a picnic outside and walked around Broadmoor. Most of all, I love the Broadmoor area with its restaurants and breathtaking views. Also, I would happily take my friends to the springs, but in my opinion, it’s better to do it when it’s already cold outside in order to feel all the charm of the hot springs

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We have come a long and difficult way. Thanks to our teamwork, supporting each other in different conditions, we have overcome all difficulties and are not afraid on our way. And of course, we are grateful to the people who meet on our way to Colorado Springs. Our environment is made up of kind, open and sympathetic people. Thanks to their help and support, it is much easier and simpler for us to open a business, share ideas, and get joy and pleasure from what we do.
