Meet Leticia Gonzales

We had the good fortune of connecting with Leticia Gonzales and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Leticia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my business came from a place of both necessity and purpose. I had reached a point in my life where I was tired of surviving, tired of starting over, and tired of feeling like my family’s future depended on things outside my control. I wanted stability, options, and a way to break the cycles I had lived through.
I was a single mom, working hard, doing everything I could ,but it still felt like no matter how much I pushed, life kept knocking me down. After rebuilding my life multiple times, I knew something had to change. I didn’t want to keep repeating the same struggle. I wanted to build something that could actually grow, something that could protect my family, and something that could give my kids and grandbabies a different kind of future.
When I learned about this business, it wasn’t just the financial side that caught my attention — it was the education, the empowerment, and the chance to help other families avoid the same pain I went through. I realized that most people don’t fail because they’re irresponsible; they fail because no one ever taught them how money really works. I wanted to be the person who changes that.
My thought process was simple:
If I can learn this, I can change my life.
If I can teach this, I can change other people’s lives too.
It wasn’t easy. I had doubts, fears, and moments where I questioned myself. But I kept going because the mission was bigger than me. I had a family watching me — my son, my girls, and my grandbabies — and I wanted them to see what it looks like to rise, rebuild, and refuse to quit.
Starting my business wasn’t just a career move.
It was a decision to rewrite my story, build generational security, and help others do the same.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is built on one simple mission: to educate families, individuals, and business owners on financial literacy so they can build real security, real options, and real generational wealth. What sets me apart is that I don’t just teach numbers — I teach clarity, confidence, and empowerment. I’ve lived through struggle, rebuilding, and starting over more times than most people know, and that experience is exactly why I serve the way I do.
I didn’t get here easily. I was a single mom working as a hairstylist, doing everything I could to keep my family afloat. Life knocked me down more than once — actually, four times — and each time I had to rebuild from nothing. The turning point came the night I prayed for a miracle, and the very next morning I received a message about an opportunity that changed my entire direction. I walked into this business with faith, hunger, and a commitment to never let my family or myself go through instability again.
What I’m most proud of is the impact. Every time a client says, “I wish I knew this sooner,” it reminds me why I do this. Every time a parent tells me they finally feel secure, or a young adult says they finally understand money, or a business owner realizes they have options — that’s what fuels me. I’m excited about building a team of leaders who can duplicate that impact and help hundreds of families across the country.
The biggest lessons I’ve learned are simple but powerful:
Consistency beats talent.
Faith beats fear.
And the right mentorship can change your entire life.
I want the world to know that my brand is built on truth, service, and legacy. I’m not here to impress people — I’m here to empower them. My story is proof that you can lose everything and still rise higher than where you started. And my business is the vehicle that allows me to help others do the same.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit, the week would be all about family, mountains, and making memories with my son, my two girls, and my three grandbabies. Colorado is at its best when you experience it together.
We’d start in the mountains — places like Estes Park, or Red Rocks. The kids love the fresh air, the views, the little shops, and the simple joy of being outside. We’d walk, explore, grab ice cream, and take pictures with the mountains behind us. That’s the kind of peace you can’t buy.
We’d mix in fun spots the whole family enjoys — The zoo, Topgolf, or a day in Downtown Denver walking around, eating good food, and letting the kids run and laugh.
At the end of the week, we’d cook at home, sit around the table, and just enjoy being together. That’s the heart of my life — family first, always — and that’s exactly what I’d want my best friend to experience here in Colorado.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to express my deepest gratitude to my mentors, Joe Cramer and Crystal Garcia, whose leadership, guidance, and belief in me have shaped the way I serve families and build my business. I also want to thank Derrick DeLeon, who is always willing to help, support, and show up whenever I need direction. Each of you has played a powerful role in my growth, and I’m truly grateful.
