We had the good fortune of connecting with Donyea Foster and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi DONYEA, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
Simply being there and being honest. Honest answering her questions but being there so she’s comfortable enough to ask me.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We’re an all encompassing pet care company and family. We’re veteran and family owned and operated. We offer discounts, rewards, referrals and more! Walks, grooming, drop-ins, sittings, and more!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My second best friend is my mom, so we Gotta get something good to eat! I’d take her to Denver Biscuit Company to get the Lola! Next, we’d meet my Aunt who lives in Colorado Springs for a hike/picnic at Garden of the God’s. Capping of the evening at Rise Comedy’s Open Mic Night so I can finally perform for her. What can I say, I’m a mama’s boy, haha!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My daughter, hands down! She saved my life. She’s the reason I started the company and am starting our nonprofit. She’s my reason and best friend.
