By the end of my career, I want to be deeply involved in the sports media industry, specifically capturing the spirit and intensity of hockey through photography and digital storytelling. My ultimate goal is to work with the NHL or a major media outlet, creating content that resonates with fans and helps grow the sport. Beyond that, I hope to mentor the next generation of photographers and media professionals, passing on the knowledge and passion that have fueled my journey. My work is a way of life. The end goal is to never have to end my careers nor retire, but to scale back appropriately as I age. My careers are ever evolving and growing. The average career length of a massage therapist is currently close to 5 years for burn out. I am 20 years into the profession and preparing to teach and administrate in what I hope will become a distinguished massage therapy education institution. As a yoga practitioner and teacher, I hope to be practicing for the entirety of my life until my last breath, it is what we train for in breath practice, the great transition. Read more>>

I think often about my end goal as an artist. I have no idea where i could realistically end up, but I’ve always wanted to be as Jean-Michel Basquiat put it “a rockstar” There is something about bearing your soul as an artist, putting every inch of yourself forward, that makes you want to push the limits of what is possible. For a long time I had found myself inspired by the now infamous Kanye West, despite his many controversies, because of the innovative while simultaneously ubiquitous nature of his work. People like Kanye, Hayao Miyazaki, Beyonce, Kerry James Marshall and other artists inspire my style also inspire my work ethic, as i always try to emulate the way they push themselves to be the best creatives they can be. Although it may sound ambitious, Id love to be part of the canon of great Western artists in some way, making a difference in what people consider beautiful or important. In the meantime though, I’d at least be happy to make a living off creating and selling my artwork. Read more>>
