We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalie Randall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalie, what’s one piece of conventional advice that you disagree with?
Maybe this isn’t exactly conventional advice—it’s more of a widely accepted belief. I often work with individuals who have been taught that their emotions don’t significantly impact their well-being. Culturally, we’re encouraged to suppress emotions like grief or fear and push forward – this is changing, which is very exciting. However, emotions influence us on multiple levels—physically, mentally, generationally and energetically. Many medical professionals are beginning to explore this connection more deeply, recognizing that our emotional states play a significant role in shaping our experiences. Even concepts in quantum physics, such as particle and wave theory, suggest that our perspectives influence the reality we perceive.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Deep Roots Collective is more than just a business—it’s a reflection of my own journey toward wholeness and the belief that well-being goes beyond managing symptoms. What sets my work apart is the unique blend of bio-resonance frequency-based modalities and emotional processing. Rather than focusing solely on physical concerns, I help individuals explore the deeper emotional and energetic patterns that may be influencing their overall well-being.

One of the things I’m most proud of is seeing the transformations in my clients. Watching individuals gain clarity, reconnect with themselves, and experience shifts in their overall pursuit of wholeness and wellness is what fuels my passion.

Getting here wasn’t easy. Like many entrepreneurs, I had to navigate doubt, trial and error, and the challenge of introducing an approach that isn’t widely understood. But every challenge reinforced my commitment to this work. I overcame obstacles by staying deeply rooted in my own experiences, trusting the process, and surrounding myself with people who support and believe in what I do.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that wellness and wholeness requires curiosity. It’s about being open to asking “why” and exploring the layers beneath the surface, recognizing that our thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are all connected.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about Deep Roots Collective, it’s that well-being isn’t just about temporary relief—it’s about restoring balance and reconnecting with yourself in a meaningful way. I’m here to walk alongside those who are ready to go deeper, challenge old beliefs, and take a more holistic approach to their well-being.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting, I’d plan a week full of experiences designed to refresh the mind and body by connecting with nature. We’d start by soaking in some of the most stunning views around—places like Red Rocks, the serene Lake Haiyaha at RMNP, and quiet forest trails. Being in these spaces helps shift the frequencies we’re exposed to and offers an instant reset.

After a day of exploring, I’d recommend grounding and meditation to help integrate the experience. We’d take time to tune into the natural surroundings, followed by balancing harmonics to ensure the energy is aligned and we’re both feeling in sync. This would be a perfect way to leave feeling recharged, with both physical and energetic well-being balanced.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely! My journey wouldn’t be what it is without the incredible people and experiences that have shaped me. First and foremost, I have to acknowledge the individuals who have trusted me to walk alongside them in their pursuit of wholeness—each of their stories has deepened my understanding and reinforced my passion for this work.

I also want to recognize the mentors and practitioners who have poured their wisdom into me, challenging me to ask deeper questions and seek out the root causes of imbalance. The teachings of Kimbley Quantum University and The Splankna Training Institute have been particularly impactful in shaping my perspective on how I define the pursuit of wellness and wholeness.

Lastly, my own journey of self-discovery—especially the moments of solitude and reflection—has played a profound role. It’s in those quiet spaces that I’ve gained the clarity and conviction to do this work. I’m beyond grateful for every lesson, challenge, and breakthrough that has brought me here.
