Meet Sadie Miranda | Cleaning Business owner/operator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sadie Miranda and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sadie, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor of the success of my business and brand is treating others the way they want to be treated. This goes for the employees and the clients. Truly caring about giving people a positive work place and a livable wage. Truly caring about the client and giving them the experience they are paying for. You can’t have one without the other. And it won’t be the same for everyone. It’s different for each client and each employee

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I started my business in 2021. COVID was raging. And I lost my desk job. I decided to start a cleaning business. I got several clients from a friend who had a business. I gave me 100% to each house. The focus was always about doing a good job rather than the money. Eventually I got quite a bit of referrals and was very busy. At this same time my sister in law Virginia moved to Colorado from New Mexico. It was an easy decision to have her start working for me. She also did a great job and soon we both had a lot of regular clients and were getting a lot of referrals still. We decided to bring other people on to help us with our clients. The hardest part has been expanding and finding people that will work as hard as us. We are picky about who works for us. The cleaning job market is tough to navigate but i have found by treating people right and giving them the tools they need to succeed is 80% of the battle. Through it all, I’ve been able to find some awesome people who care about their work and do an awesome job!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite place is Postino. There’s a few in Denver my fav is in the highlands. Particularly their happy hour is amazing. $6 glasses of wine before 5
My favorite Italian spot is Coperta. Super delicious. It’s in uptown.
Favorite Tex mex is The rio That’s in lower downtown. And a walk around union station preferably in the summer when they have their farmers market
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My assistant manager Virginia who has helped me build a business and is dedicated to the business growth.
