We had the good fortune of connecting with Michelle Waller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Michelle, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Serving a small mountain community means showing up when it matters. After the EHS shooting this year, we wanted to support our neighbors in a tangible way, so we offered free infrared sauna sessions for a week and hosted a Saturday of free facials for EHS teachers. In December, we collected nonperishables for ECHO and joined Joy International’s fundraising for their annual weekend event. During the months we partnered with these organizations, we donated 10% of our proceeds to support their work. Giving back to our community and those in need is extremely important to me, and I’m grateful we can use our business to do that in real ways.

What should our readers know about your business?
Simply You Med Spa and Wellness Center is a boutique, concierge practice in Evergreen focused on helping people look refreshed and feel confident with natural looking results. What sets us apart is the time we take and the standards we keep. We do not rush appointments, we do not push trends, and we do not treat people like a number. We listen, educate, and build thoughtful plans that protect skin health and deliver results that still look like you. At the same time, we are extremely outcome focused. Our team is passionate about delivering excellent treatments with consistent results, backed by deep clinical experience, with over 50 years combined in aesthetics.

Getting to where we are today was not easy. COVID forced me out of my treatment room and I had to make a quick decision to find a place to house my equipment and keep taking care of my patients. That season stretched me in every way, but it also clarified what mattered most: creating a stable home base where patients felt cared for, safe, and consistently supported. I overcame the challenges by staying focused on quality, showing up even when it was hard, and leaning on faith. God’s timing has been perfect, even when the path was not.

The biggest lessons I have learned are that relationships build businesses, consistency beats hype, and you have to protect your standards. I am most proud of the trust we have earned in the Evergreen and Conifer community and the calm, welcoming experience we have created. What I want the world to know about our brand is simple: we are here to serve with excellence, lead with integrity, and help people feel like the most radiant version of themselves.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit for a week and I wanted to give them the best Evergreen and Conifer experience, I’d start slow with coffee at Muddy Buck and a walk around Evergreen Lake to take in the views and the small town feel. That first night I’d take them to Willow Creek for a great dinner, then the next day we would earn it with a long hike through Three Sisters, one of my favorite places in the foothills. After the hike, I’d wind down with a glass of wine at Creekside Cellars. Midweek I would make time for the Bread Lounge for something delicious and a little elevated, then plan a Red Rocks night because nothing beats a concert there if the schedule works out. For a classic Evergreen evening, we would catch live music at Little Bear, and another night I would do Murphy’s for a meal and then head to The Woodcellar for drinks and the local vibe. I’d wrap the week with Sunday morning at Bergen Park Church and one more peaceful lap around Evergreen Lake before they head home.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My biggest shoutout goes to the Lord. I truly believe this business exists because of His guidance, protection, and provision. In the hard seasons and the joyful ones, He has carried me, opened doors at the right time, and reminded me to lead with faith, integrity, and love.

Next, I want to shout out our Evergreen and Conifer community and the patients who have trusted us over the years. Small businesses don’t grow without people taking a chance on you, telling a friend, and coming back again and again. I’m grateful for every referral, every kind review, and every person who has supported us along the way.

And finally, I want to recognize my team. They care deeply, they show up, and they treat every patient like a whole person, not an appointment slot. Their heart, consistency, and commitment to excellence are a huge part of why our patients feel so supported.
