Meet Breanna Teague | Women’s Clothing Boutique Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Breanna Teague and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Breanna, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I’ve always had a creative side and have loved having an outlet where I can use that creativity in a meaningful way. Fashion, styling, and creating have always been things I naturally gravitated toward. As a busy mom of three and a nurse, starting Cambell Rose became the perfect blend of creativity and entrepreneurship.
I found myself wanting clothing that felt elevated, feminine, and effortless, while still being practical for everyday life. I felt like there was space for a boutique that blended timeless staples with a modern influence. Pieces women could wear from school pickup to date night and everything in between and still feel confident in.

What should our readers know about your business?
As a nurse and a busy mom of three, I found myself constantly living in scrubs athleisure wear and craving pieces that made me feel more put together, feminine, and confident in everyday life. I was also frustrated by how often I was influenced to buy mass-produced clothing online that looked great in photos, but arrived cheaply made and didn’t hold up over time. At the same time, I found myself driving long distances to shop at the boutiques I truly loved because I felt like there wasn’t much locally that matched the style and quality I was looking for. That really sparked the idea behind Cambell Rose — creating a boutique with thoughtfully curated pieces that feel elevated, wearable, and worth reaching for again and again.
One thing that sets Cambell Rose apart is how personal it is to me. From selecting pieces from quality brands to creating content and packaging orders, so much heart goes into every part.
I’m most proud of the community that has grown around the boutique. So much of the growth has come organically through women supporting women. Friends, fellow Labor & Delivery nurses, local moms, and customers sharing the brand with others and choosing to support small business. Seeing women feel confident in pieces from Cambell Rose and hearing that they reach for them over and over again has been incredibly rewarding.
Starting the boutique definitely hasn’t been easy. There have been plenty of late nights, learning curves, and moments of self-doubt, but I’ve learned that growth often comes from simply being willing to start before you feel fully ready. I’ve also learned the importance of consistency, authenticity, and community.
More than anything, I want people to know that Cambell Rose was built with heart. It’s not just about clothing, it’s about helping women feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in their everyday lives while creating a brand that feels welcoming and genuine.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
One of my favorite things about living in Colorado is that you can truly have a little bit of everything- city life, amazing food and the mountains all within a short drive. If one of my best friends was visiting for the week, I’d probably plan a mix of cozy coffee shops, boutique shopping, great food, patio drinks, and at least one mountain day.
I also love how community-oriented Colorado feels. There are always local markets, small businesses to support, concerts, sporting events, concerts, or little hidden gems to explore. We spend a lot of our time around Broomfield and Erie, and I love how family-oriented both feel. Some of my favorite afternoons are the simple ones — grabbing coffee, shopping local, or heading into Golden or Boulder to walk around, sit on a patio and enjoy the scenery, and spend time together.
Colorado just has such an easygoing lifestyle that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the moment.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would definitely dedicate my shoutout to the incredible women around me. My friends, fellow Labor & Delivery nurses and womem who have supported Cambell Rose from the very beginning. There’s something so powerful about women supporting women, and I truly don’t think I could have made this leap without that encouragement.
So many of the women in my life have not only supported the brand by shopping small and adding Cambell Rose pieces to their own closets, but also by sharing the boutique with their friends and family. That kind of genuine word-of-mouth support means everything to a small business, especially in the early stages.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to my husband for always encouraging my ideas and supporting me through the process of adding one more thing to our already busy lives. Balancing motherhood, nursing, and running the boutique takes a team, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of the people who have believed in me and cheered me on along the way.
