I chose to pursue a creative career because being creative is something that brings me joy in life. I can’t imagine putting in hours of work on something I don’t enjoy doing. This niche came early on when I was very young. From sculpting things out of “sculpy” clay to drawing my aunt’s dogs at 6 years old. I dedicated a lot of my time growing up doing crafts and other artsy things. Which then turned to my college years, where I decided to go to an art and design school. I graduated from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design and have not strayed from interior design since. I started my career in streaming after losing my office job due to chronic illness. I’ve always had a passion for both performing and content creation from a very young age, and this was just the life moment that pushed me to give it a try! It started out just as a way to occupy my time and be productive and took off from there. I love making people happy and I love being confident when I would naturally be more introverted in my day to day life. Having creative freedom allows me to feel fulfilled and unique in what I’m doing, and having the ability to work to my own hours makes my life a lot easier in regards to appointments and needing time to rest also! I pursed my career in dentistry solely based on a life-altering experience I had as an 11 year old boy. My father was also a dentist and I grew up participating in dental mission trips with my family since I was an infant. On a trip to Nicaragua, my father saw the passion in my eyes for helping those who were less fortunate. To up the ante, he waved me over to “extract” my first tooth, which was dangling in the wind, but to me that sealed the deal in my mind that when I grew up, I was going to be a dentist, just like my father.
