Decision Makers Series: avoiding decision fatigue by adopting effective habits


There’s a ton of research around how setting habits can help us conserve energy because it reduces the number of decisions we have to make in a day. However, not all habits are created equal and so we’ve asked our community to tell us about the habits they have been most effective for them.

I have many habits that have served me well in my line of work including setting goals, prioritizing tasks, time management, continuous learning, persistence, knowing when to take a breather, staying organized and collaborating with others. Read more>>

Nicole: Melissa and I are both very detail-oriented people. In our day jobs, we develop training for a software company, so we are quite versed with learning new things and explaining to others what we learned.
