Be the change you wish to see in this world. Gandhi This quote hits me to my core, in an amazing way! Ever since I was little I knew that there was different in the world, that the broken environment I grew up in (abuse, drugs, alcohol, and more). I can remember at 4-5 years old thinking of how I could be different, who I needed to be to create a change. I even wrote an “essay” in elementary (high school and college) about breaking the abuse cycle! I have known for so long part of my lives purpose was to leave each place, person, and thing better than I found, to challenge by example and help others understand we are not our circumstances, but we have to choose first. I live by the idea that if someone wants to dance, they can and should; that dance is something that everyone can do. My Favorite quote is: “Each day we are born again—what we do today is what matters most.” Buddha

To me this quote embodies what I believe to be true. It is of great importance because when we understand the significance of it, we become very aware of its importance, and our potential. I use this encouraging quote to remind myself of many aspects that lie ahead each day, and it allows me to enjoy renewed understanding, hope and new possibilities every day of my life. For me this quote packs a very powerful punch. We are only human and cannot perform at peak every day, but tomorrow is a new day full of opportunities to strive to do better. 1. How fortunate we are to wake each day and be able to enjoy all the potential the day offers. That is a gift!
2. We have the power each day to create the life we desire.
3. When we feel excess pressure in life, and feel overwhelmed, it is a great reminder that we are in control of each moment of
