We had the good fortune of connecting with Amber Imiolo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amber, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I decided to become a business owner because, at 41, I realized life was too short not to bet on
myself. With a background in both business and the esthetics industry, I wanted to combine my
experience and take on a new, exciting challenge.

So here I am — blending my passion for beauty and skincare with my business knowledge to
build something beautiful and meaningful. Taking this leap was one of the best decisions I’ve

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Lash + Company Med Spa stands out because we truly are a one-stop shop for all things
beauty and self-care — in one of the most gorgeous, modern spa settings you’ll find. We offer a
full range of services including lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, custom
facials, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, spray tanning, and
more.
We’re excited to expand even further by adding permanent makeup this month and
Botox in December, giving our clients even more ways to look and feel their best — all in one place.
But what really sets us apart is our team. We have an incredible group of highly skilled
estheticians who are passionate about what they do. They not only deliver top-tier results but
are also dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming experience where every client feels confident,
cared for, and beautiful.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Spend a week in charming Littleton, CO! Stroll historic Main Street, enjoy brunch at Toast or Lucile’s, relax with spa treatments, explore Hudson Gardens and Roxborough State Park, shop at Aspen Grove, and dine at local favorites like Angelo’s Taverna and Black+Haus Tavern.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
As the saying goes, it truly takes a village — not just to raise a family, but to build a business. My journey has been shaped and supported by so many incredible people, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
First and foremost, my husband and my son are my biggest supporters. They’ve been my motivation, my grounding force, and my constant reminder of why I do what I do. My parents have also played a huge role — not only as investors in my business but as lifelong believers in my vision and work ethic.
I’m endlessly grateful for my friends, who have listened, encouraged, and cheered me on through every challenge and victory. My incredible team at Lash + Company Littleton deserves just as much recognition — they bring our mission to life every single day with passion, professionalism, and heart.
