We had the good fortune of connecting with Amy Grace Zientarski and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amy Grace, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk is necessary in all aspects of life and is mainly disguised as change. How you choose to adapt to the change and the level of risk to take outside of your comfort zones is ultimately what defines our path in life. I am an absolute risk taker and if you ask me, it’s almost always a HELL YES…I would rather take the risk than to always wonder the horrible afterthought of WHAT IF…If I did not believe in taking risk and change then I would still be what I call STUCK; and that is the worst possible place to be; because it produces STILLNESS which breeds repeating the same cycles and patterns that get us no closer to our goals, dreams and our reality. We ultimately design our lives, and I would rather regret failing and taking the risk and chance to grow; versus preserving the status quo. Long story short…I took a risk almost 9 years ago and quit my comfortable management position, with just an idea and here I am now…Entrepeneur…and starting my 3rd business this week!!! Triple income…and all because I took the RISK and the LEAP!!! And NO REGRETS!!!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My work…that’s the crazy part!!! I do a little bit of everything and love to bring happiness to all my clients!!! I first started my cleaning business 9 years ago, after quitting my “comfortable” salary position, with no clients and now have built a lucrative business off nothing but referrals. That led me to my next business last year as a Realtor for Keller Williams; which go hand in hand together!!! Within 6 months of obtaining my license I was awarded with an award for one of the fastest growing Realtors in the nation and recently was awarded Rookie of the Year and Silver Agent status with my brokerage. For my newest endeavor with my best friend, we are launching this week our online design apparel store and SUPER EXCITED for it!!! So that is what I do everyday and love every bit of it!!! I am beyond grateful for everything and always look forward to what’s next??? What sets me apart I feel is my resilience and will not stop until it’s a win-win for everyone!!! I originally attended college for nursing and took a management position and continued my education in business and took every opportunity to learn anything, even if most considered it useless information. No, it’s not always easy; but easy come, easy go…Challenges never go away and that is what we should be looking for to push us to grow and excel; otherwise you lose your essence and then you lose your form, and become STUCK…Just face the challenge, assess it and come to the best possible conclusion and take ACTION. I feel what I want to be known for with my story is that anything is possible!!! I have endured hardships throughout life, but I did not let it define me but instead used it as a motivator. Don’t be afraid to take chances…I did and yes, I am my BIGGEST critic; but I am the ONLY one responsible for my bliss!!!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The best itinerary for any city is to simply just experience it!!! Every city has something special and highlights it; it’s about the submersion of the experience in the present moment to make the BEST TIME EVER!!! Also, no plan really…JUST GO WITH IT…THE FLOW of it!!! Lose track of your phone and time!!!

The Shoutout I would give most of the credit to is all the people that have entered my life. I am a firm believer that you meet every person for a reason and learn something from that person or experience with them. Without these moments of impact it would not plant the seeds in our mind to do all the things in life that lead us to our successes.
