We had the good fortune of connecting with Amy Green and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amy, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
This probably not the best to start off with, however, I like the saying ” but, did you you die?” Because not only did it most likely not happen, but we completed another day that has made us show up for ourselves, and feel better, emotionally, mentally, and, physically. A lot of times we don’t start or do things because of fear. Yet often times, that’s what we actually need to do.

1% better is another one. I don’t expect perfection, but 1% better ever day is better than remaining the same. Consistency is key, and when we show up for ourselves, we can show up for others even better. Sometimes you just have to start!! 🙂

What should our readers know about your business?
At Devoted Athletics, my name captures the heart of my mission: to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives, one day at a time. This journey is fueled by a deep-seated passion for helping others transform their health and wellness, and it’s a privilege to see these transformations come to life. When you’re truly dedicated to what you do, it doesn’t feel like work—it feels like purpose.

Seeing clients achieve their goals, from reshaping their body composition to creating lasting, healthy habits, is incredibly rewarding. My mission is to help clients understand the “why” behind each aspect of their journey, empowering them to make informed, sustainable changes. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, correcting imbalances, managing stress, or adopting new daily routines, each goal is valuable, and seeing clients carry the lessons they learn with them is inspiring.

The fitness industry is undoubtedly challenging, but the reward of helping someone live a healthier, happier life is always worth the effort. I am committed to adapting my approach to each individual, regardless of location, learning style, or experience level. Fundamentals and proper form are the foundation of every program I create, ensuring clients have a safe, effective path toward their goals.

At Devoted Athletics, I am here to support you every step of the way, building a program that fits your needs and evolves with your progress. Together, we’ll work toward a healthier, more empowered future.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would absolutely plan a day of adventure and fitness, starting with a home workout or a few of my favorite hikes around Boulder. We’d tackle the scenic Royal Arch Trail, followed by a relaxing walk with the pup at Waneka Lake. For dinner, we’d head to Acreage for beautiful sunset views, likely ordering a hearty burger and a salad with extra protein and fresh toppings. Since I also enjoy sushi, that could be a great option too. To finish out the day, we’d hit The Spot for some rock climbing, adding a fun, active twist to the evening! Perhaps finish out the week with a show at Red Rocks, you can’t beat that!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Not really anyone in particular, just those friends, family, and clients who have supported me and my progress/dreams since I made this decision to fully invest in myself and my passions.
