Meet Ashlee Garduno | Ashlee “Lele Bee” Garduño | Esthetician, Healer, & Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashlee Garduno and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashlee, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?
The most important decision I made was to stop waiting for someone to validate my worth and instead trust the calling within me. I chose to honor my healing journey, even when it didn’t look like anyone else’s. That shift led me to fully embrace my gifts and create Bee Divine, a space where healing meets authenticity.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Bee Divine is more than a business, it’s a sacred movement of healing, remembrance, and divine alignment. I created it as a sanctuary where people could reconnect with their true selves through holistic skincare, energy work, herbal medicine, and sound healing. What sets Bee Divine apart is the intention behind every service. Whether I’m tuning chakras with sound bowls, crafting herbal blends, or offering spiritual coaching, it all comes from a place of soul work, not sales.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I built this from scratch with grit, grace, and zero handouts. I overcame doubt, burnout, and a lack of support by leaning into my own light. Every lesson I’ve learned has been earned, and every client I serve is a reflection of the healing I’ve done within myself. Bee Divine’s motto is “Bee Divine, Bee You,” and that’s what I want the world to know: healing isn’t about becoming something new, it’s about returning to who you really are.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d start by grounding them in the energy of Bee Divine with a sound bath or a Reiki facial, gotta set the tone. Then we’d explore the city’s soul-nourishing gems: tea and tinctures at Herbs & Arts, a peaceful visit to the metaphysical shops on Broadway, and maybe even journaling under the trees at City Park or Sloans Lake, both buzzing with sacred history. A smoothie from Coco Loco of course! When we get hungry I’d visit one of many Korean BBQ places. Yumm.
We’d take a day or two to drive into the Rocky Mountains, breathing in the pure medicine of nature. I’d guide them to healing lands like Grand Lake, the hot springs in Idaho Springs, or the ancient energy of the Garden of the Gods. Colorado is full of sacred places where you don’t just see beauty, you feel it.
Denver’s cool, but the real magic is in the land, the light, and the energy that calls people home to themselves. That’s the vibe I’d want them to leave with.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Honestly, I’ve worked so hard to become the woman I am today. I owe it to myself. My resilience, my faith, and my willingness to heal when no one else showed up. I am my own shoutout.
