Hi Buntu, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk taking is an integral element of life, with every decision you either land hard or land soft. The decision you make afterwards is the defining factor that contributes towards development in life and in business and I’ve come to understand that without calculated risks there could be little room for growth, innovation or staying ahead of the curve and therefore being able to take calculated risks has provided me with more wins than losses and even through the losses I’ve gained valuable experiences and lessons.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Axyl Loans provides micro loans to middle class individuals and anyone who may be financially qualified or eligible for our services. Our loans start from as little as $6 to $10 000 and we have an interest rate that is significantly low, making our services accessible to our potential clients. We value efficiency and smooth business operations and part of that is due to our integral process of requiring less paperwork making our process seamless and hassle free, potential clients can apply, get approved and receive their funds within a matter of minutes. I believe what sets up apart is our ability to deliver top notch customer satisfaction. We value our clients above all else and we stick to our values of honesty, transparency, trustworthiness and we always strive for innovation, excellence and integrity in all of our business operations.

We are more excited about expansion opportunities, breaking into new untapped markets and increasing our value as a brand for our stakeholders. We are also thrilled about the new service lines that we have in the pipeline for potential clients, we have a lot of excitement in store for our existing clientele and potential clients. We are also thrilled about the fact that we were able to glide through the first quarter, we’ve managed to aggressively reduce loss and boost Our numbers. Our focus prior and during the quarter was to increase revenue by increasing our client acquisition and we did so excellently and that gives us great joy given the fact that the quarter was an extremely challenging period.

We were able to come into existence through a series of early stage investors in exchange for equity. The obvious challenge was turning vision into profit and getting investors on board, we have had to apply a lot of expertise, experience, dedication and prudence and we can honestly say what we learned is that through the right constantly improved strategies, effort and a little bit of patience, any goal is achievable.

We wish to make it known that our brand is more than just a company. We create long term sustainable value. We live by our values and principles and we don’t just acquire clients, we create a family. Fostering bonds that cannot be dismantled and cultivating an aura and culture of innovation, long term strategies for growth and making sure that the whole family wins.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The one thing that binds everyone who lives in or visits Colorado is a love of nature and the outdoors. For me personally, Larimers Square would be the number one destination. It was the city’s first designated local historic district for a good reason, the city block is perfectly picturesque with shops and eateries that round out the Colorado experience. Little Owl Coffee shop offers the best coffee in town and The Hyatt House in Downtown is the ultimate place for rest and recuperation after a long day of exploration.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to thank my late mother Bongiwe Gloria Hlotywa, who has been an active member from the get go and who has always been a cheerleader and I can honestly say that I have learned a lot from her, first hand as she was active in business herself.
