We had the good fortune of connecting with Casey Edward and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Casey, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My business helps the community and the world because it helps normalize a multitude of things many people don’t get to speak about on a regular basis. From having tough conversations, to having huge dreams, to anything in regards to emotions, my intention is to help people feel powerful and strong.

Similarly, I speak a lot about manifestation, and help people understand that they are always creating their realities- whether they are consciously doing so or not.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is comprised of two main entities: My podcast and my Life Coaching services. I am proud that I simultaneously got Certified as a Life Coach and Yoga Instructor, which allows me to bring a breadth of knowledge and insight to my sessions and episodes, in addition to my own experience.

As any entrepreneur would attest, running a business is not easy nor is it simple. The main reason for this is that the business is a direct reflection of you, and if you do not have a knowledge of your worth and ability, things can get rocky (which is normal). Funny enough, though, this is exactly what makes running a business worthwhile. You are constantly needing to grow, adapt, shift, shed, learn, and rebuild, and this gives you a strength and skillset like nothing else.

What I want the world to know about my brand and my story is, ultimately, that you are enough as you are, and you are worthy of living a life that you LOVE, not that is just “okay.” I had debilitating anxiety for much of my adult life, as well as many traumas that I had to heal, and I truly feel as though if I could make it, you can, too. You’ve got this.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The first place that I take any friend who visits is Red Rocks Amphitheater. Whether or not you are seeing a concert, there is something magical about being there!

Next, I would take them to the place I fell in love with Colorado, which is Daniels Park. The views, the air, the trails- this place is ethereal.

As for eats and drinks, I am into COFFEE, so you know we are hitting up all of my favorite cafes, including Steam on S.Pearl Street and Aviano in Cherry Creek North. Speaking of Cherry Creek North, that is definitely where we are going for dinner – because there is no better luxurious vibe than CCN.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to give a shoutout to one person, one book, and one teacher.

I would like to give a shoutout to my boyfriend, Joseph Allison, for being supportive, kind, and open-minded. You don’t realize how pertinent and powerful it is to have someone in your corner until you find the right person, and having Joe as my right-hand man has been life-changing.

The book that changed everything for me that I would like to shoutout is “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I was, for quite sometime, caught in negativity and anxiety, unknowing that I could change everything if I changed my mind, and this book shifted many a paradigm for me.

The teacher I would like to shoutout is Abraham Hicks. The lessons taught by this esoteric “being” helped me view life in a far more magical way, and helped me help myself. I went from trying SO hard and living in perfectionism, to recognizing that things can be easy *and* still work out.
