We had the good fortune of connecting with Chase Evered and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chase, how does your business help the community?
School of Breaking is located in Aurora, Colorado and was established in 2012. We exist to educate, support and provide our community with resources to connect and learn about Breaking (Breakdance) and Hip Hop culture. Through Breaking, we exemplify and teach crucial life skills including discipline, imagination, originality, respect, and unconditional love. We witness daily how our impact is changing and impacting the individual lives of our students. Through our comprehensive Breaking and Hip Hop Programs, School of Breaking students are continually discovering what it means to express themselves.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We have been positively impacting the lives of our community through music, dance, and education since 2012. School of Breaking is the premier studio in the Denver area to learn, develop, and thrive as a Colorado BBoy or BGirl. Our Mission is to educate, inspire, and guide our students to express their unique abilities and personalities through dance. We are committed to providing students with resources to learn Breaking and Hip Hop culture. We are present to help them express themselves freely within a safe, welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental and creative environment. We provide services both onsite & online for Studio Classes, Private Lessons, School Programming, Neighborhood Learning Pods, Corporate Programs, Entertainment and more. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would first tell them to checkout School of Breaking in Aurora! If you are in Colorado, you have to get out into the mountains. We recommend visiting any one of our National Parks and going for a great day hike. In regards to eating, we would recommend buying something fresh from the local markets, going back home and cooking up something fresh. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout to the people who never gave up on their dreams. Shoutout to our students, teachers, families and friends. Thank you to everyone who has ever supported School of Breaking throughout the years.
