We had the good fortune of connecting with Christine Conti and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christine, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The MOST important factor behind my success is consistency! There is no BIG secret when it comes to getting in front of more people such as having that “catchy” slogan, logo, phrase or look. Each day I set aside hours to work on whatever goals and deadlines I set for myself without excuses. I schedule my days carefully and try to stick to my plans when it comes to exercise, meals, time at my desk, family responsibilities, etc… Planning social media posts, marketing upcoming speaking events, and conferences is a part of my daily routine that never waivers.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
After being diagnosed with a life-changing disease at the age of thirty, I left my high school teaching career to embark on the journey of a lifetime. For a decade, I researched how to best fight and prevent the symptoms of chronic diseases through exercise, nutrition and other natural measures alongside top doctors, rheumatologists, exercise scientists, nutritionists, RD’s, PT’s and more. After extensive research using myself and tracking other groups around the United States and beyond, I have created various courses to educate others on my findings. I created such courses as the Arthritis Fitness Specialist Course, The Orthopedic Fitness Specialist Course, The Chronic Disease Fitness Course, The Fall Prevention Course, and others. These are all available online as well as through the MedFit Classroom, SCW Fitness, and on www.ContiFit.com.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My grandma Jeanne is the source of my inspiration when it comes to helping people suffering from chronic conditions live a more quality life. While Grandma Jeanne passed away when I was only ten-years old, she was one of the most upbeat and positive women I have ever met even though she was a quadriplegic and confined to a wheelchair. Grandma Jeanne, who was diagnosed with the same aggressive autoimmune disease that I was diagnosed with at the age of 30, was left crippled for most of her life. However, she never let her illness define her. Her strong, intelligent and resilient character is what motivates me to help other people in the world to keep moving and teach my “yes, you can” attitude.
