Dan , thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Dan Walters, a wildlife photographer from Lakewood, Colorado. Recently my journey has shifted to leading and co-leading more photography workshops. I just returned from co-leading with Lisa Langell for her Photo Artistry workshops in New Mexico.

I’m also leading workshops during Florida’s Photo Fest in Saint Augustine, Florida, and spending June in Alaska co-leading with Lisa Langell during her Magic of Alaska workshop.

It’s very rewarding teaching beginning photographers and helping them along their journey.

Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
I just got back co-leading with Lisa Langell during her Photo Artistry workshops in New Mexico. I’m also leading workshops during Florida’s Photo Fest in Saint Augustine, Florida, and spending the month of June in Alaska co-leading with Lisa Langell during her Magic of Alaska workshop in Kenai, Alaska.

What are you most excited about in the coming year?
I am looking forward to doing more of the photography workshops in 2025. It’s very rewarding to help those starting their journey in photography.
