We had the good fortune of connecting with Debra Reinhard and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Debra, how does your business help the community?
With the sale of every home, I make a donation to a local animal charity.  Last week, I picked up pet food and toy donations from my clients and neighborhoods that I work in. I delivered over 300 lbs of food to the Pet Food Pantry. In addition, I sponsor events and hold client parties that usually feature a rescue and encourage my clients to donate or bring supplies. With every sale, I am helping shelter pets!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I became a Realtor in 2006 prior to the housing crash. I was at several companies, learning the investment side of the business and in 2010, I finally moved over to a big firm to focus on the residential side and become the trusted real estate advisor. I have developed systems for working with both buyers and sellers, staying in touch with my clients and providing superior customer service. Recently, I have moved over to Compass Real Estate which combines high tech and experienced agents to provide an amazing customer experience.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would start by visiting the Garden of the Gods and go hiking.. Then ride up Pikes Peak and have lunch in Manitou Springs. Next I would head to Boulder, hike at Chautauqua and have lunch on Pearl Street.
Red Rocks for a concert at night would be amazing as well as heading to the visitor center during the day to see the amazing views
I would head downtown and visit the Denver Center for Performing Arts and see a play. I would have dinner at the Four Seasonshotel for a luxury experience. Take a walk through Writer square, the Tabor Center and finally the 16th street mall.
Head over to Cherry Creek Reservoir and rent a small pontoon boat. Then head to Yia Yias, a staple in my dining out.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband Nathan Omansky, my children and Doug Komlenic at Buffini Coaching.  They all helped me take my business to the next level and be the best I can be.
