We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Jordanna Quinn, DO, MS and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Jordanna, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?
Prioritizing both my mental and my physical health has been the single most important decision that has contributed to my success. This is important for a variety of reasons, but first and foremost, if I have not prioritized my own health, why would patients take me seriously? Additionally, for any of us to show up at 110%, we must take our health into consideration. I spend much of my career helping busy athletes and professionals find time for their health. Many high performers have put their health on the back burner so that they could work more hours to be successful in their careers. While doing this, they have put their relationships with themselves, their families and their friends aside, all of which contribute to overall health and happiness and true success in the long run. It is important to be an active participant in our own health, just as much as we strive to achieve success in our work, home and spiritual life. When these areas of our lives are out of balance, we cannot actually achieve success. If high achievers spent more time prioritizing their own health: sleeping well, eating well, exercising, meditating, they would actually be more focused and productive at work in a shorter amount of time; they would experience greater joy in their day in and day out; they would have more initiate and fulfilling relationships with their family and friends: they would find success in all aspects of their life and not just the one we measure called “financial success”.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Kore Regenerative Medicine is a one of a kind medical practice that helps patients achieve optimal performance in their daily lives. At Kore we focus on true healing, from the inside, out, by using the latest stem cell technologies, supplements, personalized lab work and more. We stand out from other medical practices by really doing a deep dive into every aspect of a patient’s life to improve their sleep, diet, exercise, pain, and more. Kore Regenerative Medicine came to be out of Dr. Quinn’s desire to affect great change in her patients’ lives. She has been a life long athlete and seeker of optimal performance in all areas of her own life. After she became a board certified physician, she quickly realized that there was a huge gap in the way traditional medicine is delivered to patients and actual health. Dr. Quinn left the traditional medicine world and opened Kore so that she could help patients take their physical and mental performance to the next level and live a the full, happy, and health life that they desire. Dr. Quinn specialized in medical retreats, at her office, where patients spend 3-5 days undergoing a series of injections, IV therapies, and treatments to truly improve their baseline health and get them back to being high performers in more than one area of their life.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When my best friends come to visit, they first spend a few days at my office undergoing intense IV therapies, stem cell injections, aesthetic procedures and more. This helps my friends and family feel their best. I also always take visitors hiking or biking in the mountains, as the mountains of Colorado are unique and fun and set us apart from other areas. I practice what I preach with my visitors in terms of eating healthy, getting outside for exercising, and focusing on mindset. We generally do some yoga, find amazing farm to table style restaurants, and just enjoy laughing and telling stories.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have to give credit to my husband, Marty Quinn, for being my biggest fan, my greatest support, and my best friend. He has truly kept lifting my up when I have been struggling or worried. He has stepped up and taken on a bigger responsibility around the house when I have worked more hours. He continues to inspire me daily and encourages me to be a better version of myself than I was yesterday.
