We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizabeth Fowler and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Elizabeth, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
In my late 20’s, I was fortunate to have spent time overseas for several years traveling and working. This experience completely changed my perspective on life, and I knew that starting my own business would give me the freedom and flexibility to curate the kind of life I want to live. It’s been an amazing journey so far.
What should our readers know about your business?
Collectively Creative is a hands-on boutique creative services agency that believes good things happen when the right people put their heads together. That inspiring design and strong content can go a long way to build trust, tell your story and propel your mission. Relationships are important to us. There’s no smoke and mirrors – what you see is what you get. And, we’re passionate about working with people who are doing things for the greater good. On a local and global level.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take my best friend to see the amazing murals down in RiNo, visit some breweries throughout Denver and Golden, then venture into the mountains for some hiking and/or mountain biking.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are so many people who deserve a shoutout, but my dad is someone who stands out the most. Being an entrepreneur himself, he has always encouraged me to take risks and follow my dreams. I will forever be grateful for what he taught me.
