We had the good fortune of connecting with Eric LaRowe and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eric, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
About 18 years ago while I was working as a Motorhome Sales Agent for Camping World in Golden, Colorado, I notice a niche opportunity in the Sales Market to help Private Sellers with Marketing their RVs at a much lower commission rate then what any other dealer in the State could possibly do.

What should our readers know about your business?
Next Step Pro Sales, Marketing Services for Private Owners of RVs and Classic Cars, Next Step Promotions, LLC. My company is set up to help Private Owners get a fare price for their RVs and Classic Cars and not loose their shirts from paying rediculous Commission Fees to Standard Dealers. My Sales are always a Win, Win for both the Buyer and especially for the Seller. From my beginning, I knew I had a good niche in the Market and working really hard on getting very good reviews with my Google Page was a top priority. You have to work hard to get good reviews and I have a 4.9 rating with over 100 reviews now. I take a straight forward approach with my customers. I tell them the truth and I don’t hold any punches. I think a lot of my customers appreciate this approach. My job is for me to take the hassle out of selling my customer’s Toys. I meet a lot of Great People and I love my Job!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I always take my visiting friends to Red Rocks and hopefully to a show there. Then I take them into Golden, CO and show them the Coors Brewery and maybe do a tour. Then I tell them what I know about the History of Golden as I show them around town and include stories of events that happened in the early days and how Golden was the Gateway to the Rookies! I’ll take my friends to The Mill Brewery & Restaurant, Stop by the Golden Hotel, show them Clear Creek Park and point out the Old Buildings around town. A trip up 19th Street is always fun on a sunny day especially if the Hang Gliders are out and about. Then head over to Buffalo Bill’s Memorial Site and eventually end up at Rock’s Rest for a Cold One plus Chicken Wings!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
II first got started in the Motorhome Sales business with the help of a College friend from San Diego State University back in 2005. By 2011 I had moved to Denver and statrted working for Camping World. My friend Jon Reilly in San Diego had moved on to helping private owners with marketing their RVs in the San Diego Market. He gave some great advise through the years and by 2015 I started Next Step Pro Sales servicing the Denver area Market.

Eric at Next Step Pro Sales was fantastic to work with. He helped us sell our Entegra Qwest in less than two weeks, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

From the very beginning, Eric was detailed, informative, and completely upfront about what to expect. His energy, professionalism, and motivation really stood out. After we cleaned out the coach, Eric handled everything else — from coming to the storage location to take extensive photos and video, to creating a professional listing and marketing it across multiple platforms.

Communication was excellent throughout. Eric was always responsive to calls, texts, and emails, and he carefully vetted potential buyers, only bringing us serious, qualified prospects with funds in place. When it came time to close the deal, he even met us at the bank to help facilitate everything and ensure it went smoothly.

If you’re looking to sell an RV or motorhome, I can’t recommend Eric and Next Step Pro Sales highly enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to friends or family.

Eric was incredible and I am so grateful to have met him and to have received his impeccable service as I now am the owner of the most exquisite C Class RV. Let me also point out that Eric’s the only person who included photos of the undercarriage and the roof of the RV!! I cannot recommend his services, hardly enough!!

I listed trailer for sale myself but all I got was scams. Then I came across Eric while looking for trailers. After reading his web page I reached out to him, and so glad I did.
He is a good guy, friendly and professional.
He made a video of my trailer as well as over 60 pictures. He vetted all the calls and only directing serious buyers my way. In less than two weeks my trailer was sold. Eric gave very good advice, came to my showing and the closing to make sure everything ran smoothly.
I definitely will hire him again!
