Hi Erin, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Faith is the most important factor behind HK success! HK was built on faith, gratitude, and trust. Trusting the process. Gratitude for every moment. Faith in divine inspiration to guide me with grace and help others transform their lives with yoga, meditation, gemstones, and energy balance with breath techniques and sound.

What should our readers know about your business?
HK specializes in the nervous system and connective tissue relaxation, yoga for pelvic health, how to use gemstones, and navigating grief. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, crystal practitioner, and death doula, I teach clients how to welcome more peace and balance into their lives amidst illness, chronic stress, pain, death, and loss. What most excites me about my business is helping clients transform their relationships with their bodies, minds and hearts.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Meditation at Horsetooth Reservoir.  Gemstones and gemstone infused singing bowl sound resonance at HK! For a nosh and a drink, Dominics, Bann Thai, El Vato’s Tacos, Nuance, Otto Pint, and New Belgium Brewery.  Downtown for local shopping. Rocky Mountain National Park for epic mountain views!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout to HK gem fans, clients and students willing to transform with yoga, meditation, sound, and gemstones.  Gratitude to all the event hosts and participants who help cocreate the community magic.
