Hi Giuseppe, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
I am an Electronic Engineer. I have always worked for international companies but wanted to own a business. After moving to the US to study, I was looking for a way to stay in the US and receive a visa as faster as possible. After speaking with a lawyer, we decided the fastest way would be to have my own business if I had enough money to invest. I never really thought about opening a business in 2022, but when God opens a door, the only thing you can really do is step in and believe in Him.
My company starts not with the idea of just offering services for digital marketing, but we want to offer a business strategies consultant. We want to help businesses answer the question: Why are we not growing? Why do our clients never come back? How can we have more reviews? How can we make our clients trust us?
We always offer a Free consultation of 1 hour, and we explain to them how to build a strategy and create a system that will help the business be scalable and repeatable.
As for my business, everything is connected to taking the right risk. It is important to take risks, but we don’t want to do that blindly. It is important to create a foundation of knowledge and have people you can trust with knowledge and experience that you can always go to when you have questions.
What is the most important factor behind your success / the success of your brand?
The most important factor behind my success is trusting God and the people that he connects with. Because I have trust, I want to give trust to my clients. I want my clients to be able to trust me, and I am transparent with them; sharing the truth is what, for me, helps to create this trust.
What’s the most difficult decision you’ve ever had to make?
I was probably to hire employees when I didn’t have enough money or clients to do it. But I believed that I would grow, and I needed employees to help me to grow faster.
Work life balance: how has your balance changed over time? How do you think about the balance?
Work-life balance is really important. I had to be clear with my clients about my working hours, and in case they called me, I had to be true to them and tell them that any request outside of working hours would be discussed only on the next working day. This helped a lot also with my marriage. Working at every hour initially started to poison my relationship, and I had to build boundaries in my business to be sure I would spend enough time with my wife.
Do you have a favorite quote or affirmation? What does it mean to you / what do you like about it?
Then the name of our Lord Jesus will be honored because of the way I live and serve others and I will be honored along with him. This is all made possible because of the grace of our God and Lord, Jesus Christ.
What should our readers know about your business?
I am proud of my business because I have created many good client relationships. Connecting with your clients is not always easy, but it is worth it. There are many challenges in having your own business, but the great thing is that you can follow your heart’s desire.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My favorite spot is Pikes Peak. I love the view from there, but it is challenging if you come from a lower altitude. The best sushi place in colorado springs is Sushi Spot. I love that place, and for pizza, I believe Marco’s pizza is the one I go to if I want something similar to Pizza Napoletana
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First of all, the recognition goes to Jesus for opening the way to salvation and success in this life. I also want to thank my family that even if they are in Italy, they always trusted me and my choices even if sometimes they are difficult for them to comprehend. I read many books but two books that I find important before starting are Primal Branding & Building a StoryBrand.
