We had the good fortune of connecting with Hayden LaCavera and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Hayden, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important part of the success for my brand is growth for the game of box lacrosse. This is a game I have grown up enjoying my whole life and as the fastest growing sport in America, it is a dream come true to be contributing.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What I believe sets my work apart from others is the goal to make box lacrosse fun. I strive to promote the growth of the game to the youth of America and Canada through fun and innovative entertainment on social media. It was not easy to get my page to where it is today, but with the help of my followers and organizations promoting my work, I was able to get laxalertmedia out there for the world of lacrosse to see.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate a shout-out to all of my followers on social media. They are the reason my page has grown as much as it has, and an equal contributor to the growth of box lacrosse. Credit is also due to those coaches, players and team owners in the game of box lacrosse.
