Meet Heather McCormick Rimey | Psychic, Medium, Sparkle Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Heather McCormick Rimey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Heather, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is a deep knowing of who I am, and the work I am called to do. And continuing to step forward. Twenty years ago I wouldn’t have publicly shared my experiences with psychic gifts, angels, and spirit guides. As I have shared more and more of my journey I have been able to uplift and inspire many people on their own. As I continue to shine my light, I inspire them to shine theirs as well. The deeper I have healed my fears of visibility, the more I have grown, and the more authentically me I am.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I help people connect in with the Team in Spirit, and Live their light.
(I think that’s the easiest way to say what I do)

I’ve been aware of my angels, guides, and support from higher power since I was very young. I didn’t always feel safe in sharing that knowledge though. There were many times in my life I just wanted to feel normal. And so, I tried to dim that connection.

The funny thing is though, it never really goes away. Support is always there.
And when it was time for me to step forward and help others with my gifts, it become very apparent.

When I was ready to step forward and share my gifts and create a business- the first thing I did was get support. I worked with amazing mentors and received certifications in Energy Healing, Yoga, Holistic Life Coaching, and Embodiment. I kept following my guidance as I would ask “What is the next best step? “

The big hurdle during my business journey was healing visibility fears. The first time I said I was a psychic, I thought my throat was going to close up right there. There was a lot of fear of judgement that I needed to work through. I continued to keep showing up, and reminding myself that I was safe to share my gifts.

I think our biggest hurdles can be part of the gifts we help others with.

I help people feel safe in discovering their spiritual connections. In understanding how their gifts may be showing up. And feeling empowered to be their true beautiful selves in the world.

I have helped hundreds of clients step into their gifts, and say “Yes,” to the next level of their spiritual journey. I understand what it is like to be living your life half lived. I know what it is like to face limited beliefs and fears around truly being seen.

When I was in the corporate world, one of my focuses was training and supporting people in leadership. I still do that, just in a different way.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love being in nature, so I would absolutely recommend:

Denver Botanic Gardens. it is a heavenly oasis in the heart of the city.

Castlewood Canyon- hiking here is absolutely gorgeous with water features carving out the canyon.

Red Rocks – whether to see a show, do sunrise yoga, or just take in views from the city, it is absolutely breathtaking.

Pamper:

Woodhouse Spas in Castle Pines: off the beaten path with refined luxury. The absolute best for rest and rejuvenation.

Denver Art Museum- take in all the beauty.

Eating, Snacks, and shop:

Larimer Square – whether shopping or eating, it is absolutely the best spot to be.

Rioja- Simply impeccable with two amazing female leaders.

The Wild for coffee and a snack.

Denver Center for Performing Arts- catching whatever hot show is currently playing.
