We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaden Hanson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaden, what do you attribute your success to?
Originality and collaboration.

When I got my real estate license in 2013, I struggled initially to find a brand that aligned with my style and personality. At the time, most real estate branding seemed dated and appealed more to an older generation. I was in my 20’s and so were most of the clients that I was serving. I recognized that there were little to no brands that were catering toward a new generation that would undoubtedly become major owners in residential real estate. I immediately snatched up the domain and LLC for Mile High Lifestyles and I had big dreams for creating a company with a totally fresh (and a little edgy) vibe.

It wasn’t until 2017 when I met my business partner Sean Nealon that Mile High Lifestyles started to take shape. Sean came from a different background and ran his personal business completely different from me. Sean brought the structure and process that I was missing and Mile High Lifestyles was born!

We created a brand that was fresh and original, and we started recruiting young like minded agents, many that are still with us today! Mile High Lifestyles quickly caught the attention of Compass, a top innovative real estate brokerage that had just expanded to the Denver market. Compass provided us with world class technology, tools, and marketing that helped sharpen our brand and make it what it is today.

In just 3 years we have become a household name in the Denver market. With 17 agents producing $100 million in annual sales we have become one of the top producing teams in all of Colorado. Our philosophy is widespread collaboration amongst our team of driven brokers. When you work with one of us, you get the collective effort of all of us, maximizing the exposure of your home through every one of our agents’ networks and social platforms.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I run my business very different from most real estate agents. When it comes to getting to new clients, I don’t do cold calls, I don’t do mailers, I don’t buy leads or run digital ads. My business has been built from purely authentic relationships that I have established over many years. I take great care of my clients and they take great care of me by referring me to their friends and family. My marketing strategy is as simple as checking in with the people in my life because I genuinely want to know how they are doing and IF real estate comes up, I do everything I can to meet their wants and needs.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I LOVE a good food tour so restaurant hopping in RiNo, Downtown, and Cherry Creek would be a must. We would spend a day in Boulder hiking and watching the entertainment on Pearl St. I haven’t been yet, but I really want to check out Meow Wolf which just opened in Denver. Lastly, I have a new found love for paddle boarding… We would definitely need to have a beach and water day at Chatfield Reservoir.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to my business partner Sean Nealon. We run our businesses completely different and that’s what makes it work! Some of our agents like to follow my lead, and others follow his. We’ve learned that there isn’t one right way to do this job. When we combine our styles, practices, networks, and ideas, it’s deadly!
