Meet Jennifer Kubalak | conscious parenting coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Kubalak and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jennifer, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
“Giving up” is our best effort / way to relieve ourselves from the stress, pressures, “shoulds”, etc. in a society that wants us to “fit in” breaking the mold of that can feel challenging. Keep going means daily consistent effort. If you start something for the long game and it is in alignment with your soul purpose and you are living life on purpose than it becomes a flow with your world. You create, it always evolves and changes. I think giving up is either a change to redirect or to realign, but is giving up really truly an option or is giving up an illusion of security? Only you will know. The best way to “know” is to look at everything around you, everything in your inbox of life so to speak to really asses- “gosh, am I doing everything truly / all that I can in the best way possible for me, or am I letting fear, resistance or stickiness to get in my way? Knowing requires a deep level of honesty and integrity with self. Knowing and trusting and moving forward with what your soul deeply wants is going to bring you the most fulfillment and open the most does- guaranteed!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am in private practice with kids who are struggling socially or emotionally, going through adverse life experiences and supporting teens who face the challenges of daily life, stress and embodying who they are meant to be! I also work with badass parents who are looking to change their lives forever, make a more conscious impact on their family systems and become aware of the patterns they want to run and pass along to their children/lineage. I am so proud of how my work with kids has evolved and where I started. It started with babysitting and learning through a felt sense that my life’s purpose is to elevate the voices of children and validate the sensitivities and experiences we are all going through! This work feels essential, especially in these times. I love the empowerment kids and families walk away with. People have more courage to be their true selves and express authenticity. I want the world to know that it’s never too late to reparent yourself, reprogram your ideas and reevaluate where you are headed!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love the new sober bar in Denver called AWAKE. Live music, comedy and friends. I would take them to see the sights of nature and water in Nederland, my favorite restaurants like Somebody People in Denver, Piante in Breckinridge, Fresh Thymes in Boulder and catch a show at the Junkyard Social and swing on the giant swings. Nothing beats the mountains and the water and the abundance of natural hot springs that we have here. Trails and Hikes and Ziplining are exhilarating too. I’m big into Natural Highs like the infrared sauna, cryotherapy, compression therapy, massage and red light therapy. It would be a balance of self care activities to replenish and give back to self and nourishing time outside, in relationship and with nature!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My community, my mentorship, my family, my friends, my dog Meraki and my clients change my life for the better all the time! I am currently embarking on PAUSE breath work in the breathwork facilitator training program and I want to give a shout-out to their phenomenal state of the art team and training!
