Today we’re excited to be connecting with Jeremy Joseph again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Jeremy, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Jeremy Joseph and I am a 37 year old photographer based out of Basalt, Colorado. I love doing adventurous activities in the outdoors like mountain biking, skiing, climbing, backpacking, and high lining. Jeremy Joseph Photography is a small business that focuses on fine art prints of the natural landscape and wildlife of Colorado. The gallery space in the town of Basalt serves as a venue for people to immerse themselves in these beautiful scenes and connect more deeply with the wilderness that surrounds us. Each image is printed onto a sheet of aluminum providing crisp details and punchy colors that bring the photograph to life. Along side of this, unique perspectives of the classic vistas we all know will stimulate your imagination and leave you inspired to see more.

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Since we last spoke a lot has unfolded for my small business! My main job for the last ten years in which I photographed adventure dog sledding, closed down last spring. With this in mind I enrolled myself in a business of photography course at my local community college, with the goal to further my ventures in the art world.

For the last six years I have been selling my fine art prints at local outdoor markets, and each year the sales have grown. With this in mind I wrote a business/marketing plan in my college class that was focused on opening a gallery space, and I followed through with it. This June I opened a brick and mortar store in the town of Basalt, Colorado. Here people can immerse themselves in stunning prints of the natural landscape and wildlife of Colorado.

We offer custom sizes, and materials tailored for customer needs. Along with this, we do in home/office consultations to help find the best prints for your space. We are excited about this new adventure and would love for everyone to come see the gallery space.

We also want to give folks a chance to get to know you a bit better so we’ve prepared a fun lightning round of questions. Ready?
