We had the good fortune of connecting with Karch Gajdos and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Karch, what is the most important factor behind your success?
High level chiropractic care done with you, not to you, combined with functional yoga specific to your spine. We saw a void in the chiropractic profession and sought to fill it. The unique combination approach we developed from the ground up has given us the ability to help hundreds of people in a short amount of time to get them out of pain and into performance with results that last. It truly is a one of a kind approach that sets us apart from most other chiropractic offices.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I decided to become a Chiropractor because of its philosophy that the body can heal and self regulate. That you have the power within you to adapt, heal, grow and thrive. I decided that was a principle I could dedicate my life to studying and helping others realize that innate healing potential inside them. I approach chiropractic care with this in mind with every patient. To empower with hope that they can heal when we release the blockages within that are holding them back.
It has not been an easy nor straight path to get where I am today. But because of the struggles we learn and become better. It’s been a constant process of testing, measuring the results, and revising. Through the simple tried and true method of trial and error I believe we at MŪV Chiropractic & Yoga have created something unique and special. By beginning at your foundation of posture we are able to see how it affects your movement patterns and then the individual parts of the body. By correcting the posture through high level chiropractic care and functional yoga specific to your spine, your body starts to move and feel better. Giving you more energy and physical ability to do the things you love with the ones you love. I feel like I have been given and cultivated a gift to help others heal and simply hope to give back and help others feel the amazing results that I’ve felt through chiropractic care.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This is a tough one, as a new young professional in Boulder I’ve been working a lot of the time. But when I do go out I’ve always been very impressed with the views and food at Avanti on Pearl Street. They got pretty much all I need right there for a good time. For other entertainment I’d take my best friend to an Avalanche hockey game and then grab some food downtown. But to truly experience the uniqueness of Boulder I’d take my friend to do an ice bath and breathwork class. If you’ve never done one before, you’re missing out and should go. But to top it all off we would hit up the flatirons and hike up all over and around the Boulder and Denver area. I’m always looking to explore new sights and nature is one of those places I can’t get enough of and love sharing with people.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Kairos Training Culture was the first group that really set me on the path to mastery in chiropractic. Those 5 am wake up calls to train the adjustment like my life depended on it were not easy, but worth it to serve my community here in Boulder, Colorado at the highest level. Then there was John Martinez that taught me an adjustment should be done with ease and opened my eyes to the vast healing potential that quality chiropractic care can provide.
