Hi Kishan, what role has risk played in your life or career?
The man who invented the parachute didn’t know it worked until he jumped. Taking risks has played a big role in regards to growth.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a chef my art is my food, creating flavors, plating, and playing with different cuisines.
I’ve worked in French kitchens, Cajun, fine dining, I’ve played every part in a kitchen and it wasn’t easy but rewarding. Stay focused on the fact that I am providing a service and sustains life and I make it taste good. There are many lessons and not just in the kitchen but life lessons I learn along the way, a sense of urgency, paying attention to details, patience. I want the world to know that Chef Key is one of the greats and that You Buy I Fry will be a household name

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Downtown Denver 4play, reflections, the mountains Frisco Main Street, Breckenridge
And of course we are going The Oasis Bar and Grill to get some of the best Gumbo in the state

There are several but to name a few, Nicky Small, Christopher Barnes, Sidney White, Edward Jenkins (Spec) none of this would be possible without him and of course the most high
