We had the good fortune of connecting with Krysta Pozsgai and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Krysta, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Long before Limonaire Events officially launched in the September of 2024, I had been planning and coordinating events simply through word of mouth. Friends, family members, and even acquaintances would reach out for help with their special occasions, and I was always excited to be involved. After each event, I was met with an outpouring of gratitude and compliments—people kept telling me, “You really should do this for a living.”
Over time, that encouragement began to plant a seed. I realized how much I truly loved bringing people’s visions to life and being part of those meaningful moments. What started as a passion project quickly evolved into something much bigger. With the support of my family and friends and a deep belief in the magic of thoughtful, well-executed events, I decided to take the leap and officially launch Limonaire Events. It’s been an incredible journey ever since and the people I have had the pleasure of working with from couples to other vendors has been an incredible experience!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Limonaire Events is a boutique wedding coordination company with a heart for connection and a passion for creating seamless, beautiful celebrations. I specialize in Day-of Coordination and personalized support that brings a couple’s unique vision to life—while allowing them to be fully present and actually enjoy their day.

What sets Limonaire apart is the personal touch behind everything I do. Every couple is different, and my role is to reflect their individuality through thoughtful details, calm leadership, and flexibility throughout the planning process. I also offer a wide range of à la carte services that many coordinators don’t—like Hourly rates instead of full packages, RSVP Management, Invitations (Design/Custom Labeling/Mail) custom bridal choreography, rehearsal coordination and more—because I know not every couple needs a full-service planner, but they still deserve quality, customized support.

I’m also proud to say I’m the kind of coordinator who will step in wherever needed to make sure the day goes off without a hitch. I’ve temporarily bartended to help out a catering team, pinned boutonnieres when the florist was delayed, and jumped in behind the scenes more times than I can count. My belief is that we as vendors are a team—and when we work together, we can make any vision come to life!

Getting to where I am today hasn’t always been easy. Like many small business owners, I’ve had to learn as I go, stay adaptable, and grow through experience. But what’s carried me through is staying rooted in my why: creating a space where couples feel supported, seen, and celebrated without stress.

If there’s one thing I want people to know about Limonaire Events, it’s that it was built with heart and intention. This isn’t just about logistics or checklists—it’s about helping people feel calm, confident, and joyful on one of the biggest days of their lives.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting, I’d want to give them a real taste of what makes Colorado so special—great food, mountain charm, and those wide-open skies. We’d keep things relaxed but meaningful, with a mix of scenic spots, good eats, and hidden gems.

We’d kick things off in Golden! Walk along Clear Creek and explore the local shops. I’d definitely take them to Gold Mine Cupcakes—not only are they delicious, but it’s one of those local spots that when they run out they close for the day! There are plenty of patios and breweries to choose from with great mountain views.

A visit to Morrison would absolutely be on the list. It’s full of small-town charm, and of course, we’d explore Red Rocks Amphitheatre—even if there’s no show, it’s worth visiting just to take in the view. For Brunch we have to visit the The Cow Eatery and for dinner, we’d head to The Fort, a unique and historic restaurant that serves up classic Colorado cuisine with a rustic, memorable atmosphere.

We’d also take a little road trip to Vail. The drive alone is beautiful, and once there, we’d stroll the cobblestone streets, maybe enjoy a little spa time, and soak in the alpine energy. For dinner, I’d take them to La Nonna—hands down one of the best Italian spots in the mountains. It’s cozy, elevated, and absolutely delicious (you have to have some of their Limoncello that is made in house….absolutely delicious!)

Some days would be slower and more peaceful—maybe a trip to Evergreen for a walk around the lake or even Paddleboarding and lunch at Beau Jo’s. Other moments would be spent soaking up Denver’s energy, with brunch at Mimosa’s or Snooze and some light shopping!

To me, the best trips aren’t overly scheduled—they’re full of little moments, beautiful backdrops, and good conversation. That’s what I’d want to give my best friend: a mix of everything that makes Colorado feel like home—nature, charm, and just enough adventure.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely—Limonaire Events wouldn’t be what it is today without the incredible support and encouragement of the people around me. I have to give a huge shoutout to my husband, parents, friends and early clients who trusted me long before I had an official business. They were the ones who encouraged me time and time again, saying things like, “You really need to do this professionally.” Their belief in me gave me the confidence to take that leap of faith!
I also want to recognize the incredible community of fellow vendors and creatives I’ve met along the way—so many of them have been generous with advice, mentorship, and collaboration. Limonaire Events was born from word-of-mouth, so this shoutout belongs to every person who saw something in me and believed in me!
