We had the good fortune of connecting with Lauren Hallez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lauren, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Of all the factors that have helped me build such a highly successful and reputable brand, community has been the most important of them all. Connecting on a deeper level with my fellow creatives, while building trustworthy and loyal customer relationships has been the ultimate catalyst in sparking the divine frequencies in our community. I would not be where I am today without the love and support of the people who helped me get here.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a crystal “dealer, healer and feeler” my work and creative endeavors go much further than the crystals themselves. I spent nearly most of my life trying to figure out what my spark was” and who or what I wanted to be professionally. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and never had any luck working for someone else. 5 years in the making, I’ve dedicated everything I’ve ever learned to my craft and small business to make it the huge success it is today. Teaching myself new things, wearing “all the hats” and committing to building the life I always wanted has been my driving force of motivation. Anyone can sell crystals, but it takes a deeply spiritual, knowledgeable and determined individual to create solid community and loyalty within such a competitive industry. What I believe truly sets me apart from others is my ability to consistently innovate new ideas and see them through from concept to creation. Additionally, connecting with my audience on a deeper level and with my fellow creatives to inspire community over competition has helped immensely to build such a magical empire.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My ideal week or trip to Colorado would be starting out with a day hike or paddle boarding session in Steamboat followed by dinner at the Backdoor Grill for their famous breakfast burger. Shopping at my favorite metaphysical store Ritual Cravt and an aura photography session with the Aura Weaver followed by brunch at a kitschy restaurant like the Hashtag in Stapleton or Jelly. A fun ride on the light rail to check out the famed Rhino Art District to see some epic street art then south Broadway area for some antique shopping, stopping for lunch to have a pb and j burger at Slaters 50/50. A trip to Red Rocks is a must for some live music as well as Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom. Time permitting, a few other favorites places worth mentioning are a trip to the Sand Dunes in Alamosa, the Paint Mines, Hanging Lake and camping along the Continental Divide or Leadville, Twin Lakes.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to dedicate this shoutout to my dear friend Bryce who passed over to the other side nearly 6 years ago. Without his ancient wisdom, inspiration and love of crystals, I may have never found my path to spirituality as well as the deep passion I have for the gem and mineral world and consciousness collective.
