We had the good fortune of connecting with Levi Gain and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Levi, what do you attribute your success to?
Extraordinary service. We are always looking for ways to improve the service experience. We answer unasked questions. Do we care about you and your home? Absolutely! We have systems in place to protect your home, family and pets whenever we are serving you. It’s all about honest communication and doing exactly what we say we will do. Every single time. No matter what!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are celebrating our 38th year in business and as you can imagine we’ve been through it all! My dad founded the company and for many years ran it as a single man operation. His ability to work hard and build relationships laid the foundation for an amazing service company. Sure, we clean carpet, upholstery and most floor types but that’s only part of it. What we really do is give people the most extraordinary service experience possible. From our initial correspondence to the follow-up call after we have completed the work we prioritize our clients needs and their overall experience. Lets be real, even the best service companies are a tolerated nuisance, we ease that to the best of our abilities. We are the real deal. We are a family business that deeply loves the work we do and the community we do it in. Our reputation and the satisfaction of our clients is our top priority. The business success formula is not terribly difficult but it must be replicated day after day with checks and balances to make sure you’re creating cheerleaders with every interaction!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Locally, the roof top at Luna’s Tacos and Tequila. It’s a great space and the food and margs are excellent. We would have to make a trip up the canyon to Estes Park as well. Colorado has so much to offer, it’s so easy to head to the hills for some camping or hit the lake out east for some wake surfing and jet skiing!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Multiple people. For starters my dad, the founder of our company. He taught me how to work hard and build relationships. His integrity and work ethic are top notch and he always has a positive attitude. My dad has always made it a point to continue our education and meet new people in the industry. That has helped our company and I grow in many ways. My mother was also very influential in my life. It’s because of her I developed many of my business strenghts. She was a high level purchasing manager and taught me how to hold my ground and fight for what I wanted. She is also my biggest cheerleader. I’ve also never been afraid to ask for help. I’ve worked with my coach Chalice Springfield of Unstoppable Curiosity for four years and the tools and accountability I’ve received from her have helped push me to where I am today. There are many other people who have helped guide me along the way and I can’t thank our community enough.
